Note: To offer all the windshield types, model years, heights and tints, we manufacture/fab our windshields per customer order so please allow 1-3 weeks processing time prior to shipment of your order. All windshields are custom orders and not returnable.

Windshield Extensions: Reduced helmet buffeting. Ajustable in sizes small and large. Small adds ~1-3/4" in down position. Large adds ~2-3/4" in down position. Ride in comfort!

Contoured Lip: These WL high performance replacement windscreens with their aerodynamically designed flare at the top perform 3 to 4 inches taller than they actually are. These windshields eliminate wind turbulence and pressure to the rider and still have clearance to accept dash board accessories such as fairing mount bags, radar detectors, GPS systems Ect. To decided which windshield best suits your seat and height: The top of the windshield should sit just below your eye level.

To measure, sit on your motorcycle and have someone take a tape measure and measure height from bottom of windshield to eye level. These windshields are designs to direct the wind 3 to 4 inches above the windshield.

The windshields are measured at the front of the bike, from the top of the fairing to the top of Lip...in a straight line.

The 10" Bagger (FLH models) replacement screen is recommended for a rider 6'3" or taller.

Choosing a Size:

The ideal height of the shield is where the top edge of the shield is level with the tip of your nose. This gives you about 2" to see over the top of the shield when looking straight ahead, and the shield will be tall enough to get the airflow over you. To help determine which size shield you need, here are a couple ways to test: If you have a taller stock shield on your bike, you can place a piece of Blue Painters Masking Tape on your shield with the top edge of the tape at different heights and take a short ride to get settled into your normal riding position to make sure you can see over the tape by about 2″ looking straight ahead down the road. If you have a shorter stock shield on your bike, you can tape different size pieces of cardboard on your shield with Blue Painters Masking Tape and take a slow ride to get settled into your normal riding position to check the size.

Slightly Contoured Lip: The WSL recurve pushes the air flow 1 ¹/₂" to 2" higher! Premium high impact acrylic blend materials exceeds DOT Standards. UV inhibitors extend shield life & provide protection for the dash and accessories. ¹/₈" (.118) thick material is more rigid and stronger than stock. The WSL slightly flared lip recurve is not as drastic as the WL flared lip, but is tested to be an improvement over stock for diverting air flow from the rider. Available in clear, light grey and dark grey.

WSL for model years '96 - '13: The windshields are measured at the front of the bike, from the top of the fairing to the top of Lip...in a straight line.

WSL for model years '14+: Measured from the "OFF" designation on the igition switch to the top of the screen. H-D Stock Electra Glide, Limited and Tri-Glide Vertically Measures 16.75", Harley Davidson Stock Street Glide Vertically measures 12.5".
