these Signal Mirrors improve the turn signaling to other drivers who are in your "blind spot" or are traveling
too close. Four models are available: The SK-1,2 are oval
in shape (5"w X 2 5/8"L) with either flat or reduced image convex glass. These mirrors look good coming
and going. From the drivers seat, they are a functional, great looking custom mirror. You can choose either flat or
reduced image convex glass. Flat glass gives a more accurate representation of the distance between you and following
vehicles. Convex glass provides a wider field of view and lessens the distorting effect of vibration. A heavy duty locking
mechanism and swivel ball keep these mirrors adjusted just where you want them. Looking at the mirrors from the front,
you'll notice a bank of L.E.D.'s that work as a running light and a super bright auxiliary turn signal. Unlike other lighted
mirrors, these lights only face forward so glare is not a factor. The life of this light source will be several times that
of incandescent bulbs. SK-1,2: Kits come complete
with left and right full Signal Mirror housing assemblies, allen head bolts, wire, connectors and installation instructions. The SM-1 is an entire mirror set that incorporates LEDs in the front and rear of the mirror.
The SM-2,3 "wide angle" mirrors are smaller assemblies that can be added to your existing stock mirrors. Both
are nice functional safety upgrades for your '82 to current Electra Glide. The SM-BM
brake module is a popular enhancement for Muth Signal Mirrors. The module provides a solid brake signal when the
brakes are applied, while retaining the turn function for the Signal Mirrors. SM-1: Kits come complete with left and right full Signal Mirror housing assemblies, allen head
bolts, wire, connectors and installation instructions. SM-2 or
SM-3: Kits come complete with left and right "wide angle" Signal Mirror assemblies, wire,
connectors and installation instructions. SM-BM:
Kits come complete with brake module with wire harness, five wire taps, three pieces of double-sided foam tape, one nylon
cable tie and installation instructions.
