General: Customers and dealers please make sure
to read the How to Order page and the below Policies, prior to ordering. Note all consumer correspondance is via email. It is the customer's sole
responsibility to check all fitment criteria on the order page, prior to final checkout.
Limited Warranty: We guarantee eGlideGoodies' manufactured products against breakage
or defects in material or workmanship for up to one year after date of purchase. If it breaks we'll replace
it! Normal wear or damage caused by improper installation or usage excluded. Customers are responsible for
return frieght. Other manufacturers' products supplied by eGlideGoodies carry the OEM's warranty. Customer
are responsible for inbound and outbound freight for OEM warranties. This limited warranty does not apply to Oil Helpers/Handlers.
Receiving your order: Upon receipt of your new order, please inspect it carefully as to contents and
condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to eGlideGoodies by email within one business day of receipt
of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier
to inspect the package to assure full refund, replacement. Orders may be shipped in more than one package. All packages MUST
be retained until the problem has resolved. International customers are responsible for all international order country
of destination, additional postal fees, taxes or duties.
Returns: Products may be authorized for return up to 10 days after
date of shipment for a refund (minus shipping/handling charges and applicable restock and/or exception fees) or exchange,
according to the following terms and conditions:
a return customers must use the RMA Request Form and process below to obtain a return
material authorization number (RMA #) for eligible returns only. All RMA request form fields are required or the
request cannot be processed (Transaction ID's are located on your Packing Slip and/or Paypal account or email confirmation). Please
do not ship product back without an RMA number. Products shipped without an RMA number will be refused and not be
eligible for refund. (Only packages from our qualified suppliers or packages with an RMA number can be
received at our dock.) Returns must be in the original product packaging, new, unused, un-altered and fit for resale. The
RMA # must be written clearly on the outside of the returned shipping box for it to be accepted by eGlideGoodies receiving
depot. The customer is responsible for the return freight and any applicable insurance. For Special Orders
or orders receiving discount(s), the discounted value will be rescinded. Please allow up to 1-2 days for
RMA request responses. See products not eligible for return, exceptions and fees below:
All special buy or sale items, custom orders, key-to-ignition
orders, special sale, windshields or special order purchases or products not eligible, cannot be returned and these
orders are not cancelable. This includes all H-D line of products (all parts with part numbers using prefix HD, SB, LR or
BP). These special orders can take longer to ship, specifically keyed to ignition orders. We do not accept
returns on the following items: all Vintage products, all windshields (To offer all the windshield types, model years, heights and tints, we manufacture/fab windshields per customer order), windshield trim, windshield pouches, fairing bras, seats, speaker pods or grills, stash dash, head-light/running
light face-plates/armor, guards or bezels, tank-bags, tour-pak & luggage racks, detachable racks, stabilizing
systems, foot pegs/floorboards/highway mounts/kits, relocator board kits, button extensions, products requiring
painting and other products per our customer's finish requirements and option selection or products with lock/knob
selection options. We do not accept returns of electrical items (all electronics, audio, tweeter pods, speakers,
ear plug phones, modules, isolator harness, etc.), cables, adapter harnesses and all adapters, all
antennas, exhaust products, axle covers, black powder-coat or physically challenged heel guards, after-market
touring trunks, all liners, saddlebag and tour-pak liners and TRK road kits, fairings, tour-pak trim kits, fairing lowers,
soft lowers, side-covers, saddlebags, saddlebag lid rails, filler panels, air-vent products, air wings, air
deflectors, lid cargo products, storage organizers, tethers, handlebars or handlebar or control gadgets,
gadget mounts & drink holder mounts, pet carriers, lowering kits, camping products (tents, chairs), motorcycle
covers & shades, all rider and passenger backrests, armrests, backrest pads and special installation kits (ex:
GL-1, TCB-1 brake product, Saddlebag Latches, Police Saddlebag Latch kits (Pull-to-Open kits), VP clutch, antenna relocator, etc.). We
do not accept returns on oil change, maintenance products, kick-stand pucks and all replacement parts. We do not
accept returns on previously partial or fully installed products. We do not accept products back if the original packaging
has been opened or the product has been modified from it's original OEM configuration. OEM H-D accessories or replacement
parts are not returnable (hinges, latches, mounting kits etc.). Motorcycle Replica Gifts, Hard Hats are not returnable.
Used and damaged purchases: If the product shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions,
and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, it will not be eligible for exchange, refund
or warranty consideration. Partial S/H fees are not refundable. 25%
restocking fees will apply on eligible returns. 10-20% additional on approved exceptions. Exceptions will
be applied as store credit or discounts, which are good for up to one year. We reserve the right to refuse
any exceptions. We recommend you use a trackable method or insure your authorized return shipment as we can't be responsible
for items lost in transit. Please note that our Authorized Dealers may have more liberal return policies and you are welcome
to purchase from any of our authorized dealers. Discounts that are applied on special or regular orders are removed as part
of any transaction refund.
Dealers: We encourage our dealers to stock
our products. All dealer orders are non-refundable and should be stocked and displayed.
Please note that all sales are
final for orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States (including APO/FPO addresses).
RMA Request Form: Please allow between
1-2 business days, excluding holidays, for replies during open store business hours. After fully reading the above Policies for eligibility; copy, paste and enter this RMA Request
Form text along with the following information, in an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put "RMA Request" in the subject of the email. All the numbered, below
information is required for evaluation.
